Camden Central School District’s Academic Intervention Plan is a plan that is required by New York State to assist students with meeting the New York State Standards. This plan assists students who score a one or a two on the state assessments.
The New York State Education Department has increased the rigor and difficulty of the New York State Tests. This has in turn increased the number of students who qualify for Academic Intervention Services. Students who qualify for AIS will be given extra assistance in order to assist them in passing the NYS Assessments.
If you have any questions about AIS, please contact your principal or your child’s teacher.
