Each Fall, the Camden Central School District hosts its annual Homecoming Festival. This event is not just a celebration of our schools and our alumni, but also celebrates what it means to be from the Queen Village, and the many communities that comprise our vast District. The festival promises to have something for Blue Devils of all ages!
As with last year's homecoming webpage, we will continually add information here as we get closer to spirit week and our Homecoming Saturday events!
With this year’s theme, the 2026 festival promises to be one of galactic proportions! Make sure to join us!

BLUE DEVILS, GET READY FOR A BRAND-NEW HOMECOMING TRADITION!
For the first time ever, we’re kicking off Homecoming Week with the Annual Powder Puff Football Game!
Saturday, October 3
Game kicks off around 1:00 PM
Come out and watch our Junior Girls take on the Senior Girls in an action-packed 7-on-7 flag football showdown
And the football players are joining the fun! Some of the Varsity football boys will take on the role of cheerleaders, bringing plenty of energy and school spirit to the sidelines!
OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY!
Everyone is invited to come out, support our students, and enjoy this exciting new Homecoming tradition. The game is a Senior Class fundraiser and is open to the public.

Bring your friends, bring your Blue Devil spirit, and come cheer on the teams as they battle for the Powder Puff crown! 🏆🏈

Our friends at International Wire have once again ensured the “Copper” stays in “Copper Wire Run” by returning as the presenting organization for this year’s Copper Wire Run on Saturday, October 10th!
Offering one of Central New York's most scenic runs, the certified 5K (3.1 miles) course travels the village streets, while incorporating the inspiring beauty of streams and tall pines in Forest Park. The course will be well-marked and staffed by volunteers at the one-mile split and water stations. The 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run will start and finish in the village park.

One of Camden's time-honored traditions keeps marching into 2026 with our homecoming parade. Join us in the Village of Camden on Saturday, October 10th as we spend the afternoon celebrating our school and community groups with this high energy event.
The parade route begins at Camden High School and continues down Oswego Street and into Main Street. The high school parking lot will be used as a staging area, and the line of march will step off promptly at 1 p.m. Please arrive to the staging area early, and even earlier if your entry involves a vehicle. Read the parade instructions for more details on arrival guidance.

When you register, please take a moment to read through the parade instructions, which contain important times, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure a fun, safe, and smooth event. They are also available on the second page of the paper registration form.
There is not a parade entry fee, but donations are accepted to help defray costs of inviting bands to participate (If you would like to make a donation please make checks out to CHS Student Funds and mail to 55 Oswego Street Camden, NY 13316) -
Come see the 2026 Blue Devils varsity squad in action on Saturday, October 10th as Camden hosts the Cortland High School Purple Tigers at the Camden High School Stadium. Admission is free. Kickoff is slated for 6:00 PM!

Calling all local businesses, crafters, makers, vendors, organizations, and small businesses! We are now accepting registrations for the 2026 Camden Homecoming Vendor & Craft Fair!
Saturday, October 10, 2026
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Camden Village Park
12' x 12' Vendor Space — $30 (New for 2026 - School Orgs are Free!)
Come spend the day in the park, shop local, support small businesses, and be part of one of Camden's favorite community traditions!
Important Information:
• Vendor set-up: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• Registration deadline: Thursday, October 8th
• Vendors preparing or cooking food on-site will need a Oneida County Health Permit.
