Let's take a moment to acknowledge some of our very special guest stars from last weekend's performances. First, the youth ensembles.
Because of the makeup of the script, the show "Oliver!" provides our elementary and middle school students with a unique chance to be part of the company with the high school students. It's challenging and rewarding at the same time. This group of approximately 35 students had the responsibility to set the tone for the show with the opening number, and they exceeded the standard set before them.
Whether it's in a middle school or high school production, we look forward to seeing all of you on stage again soon!
Join us on Wednesday, March 13th for the March meeting of "Look At Me, I'm Three!". This program is a Pre-K Prep program for students who have turned three years old on or before December 1st, 2023, and will be Pre-K eligible for the Fall.
As part of this program, students and their parents/guardians will have opportunities to interact with District staff, as well as each other, to build a strong learning community throughout the year ahead of starting Pre-K in the Fall!
Make sure to RSVP to Patti Ferretti if you intend to bring your child to this month's meeting. It is helpful for activity planning, and also ensures that your information is on file for Pre-Kindergarten information.
On Monday, Camden Elementary School first graders were able to learn more about our night sky. They learned about stars, constellations, and stories that are told with the constellations by using the STARLAB Mobile Planetarium! This is made possible with the help of Madison-Oneida BOCES Staff and Curriculum Development in association with Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES.
