4th Grade Winners

22 K-4 students from McConnellsville Elementary School were lauded for their commitment to courage on Thursday, March 27th as the school held its monthly Capturing Kids’ Hearts Character Education assembly.

Throughout the month, students were encouraged to demonstrate and discover how courage can make a difference in their lives, and each classroom submitted the names of students that embraced the challenge best.

The room was full of matching t-shirts as each student received a Capturing Kids’ Hearts character t-shirt provided by the McConnellsville PTO in recognition of the school’s status as a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School. They are modeled in the photo below by our fourth graders!
