Dear Camden High School Families,

We are writing to share important details about January Regents Week, which will take place from January 21-24, 2025.

• No Regular Classes: Regular classes will not be in session during Regents Week. Students are only required to attend school if they are:

  • Scheduled to take an exam.

  • Attending their BOCES program.

• BOCES Attendance:

  • All BOCES students are expected to attend their program unless they are taking a Regents exam.

  • PM BOCES students may:

    • Arrange for their own transportation to CHS in the morning.

    • Use district transportation in the morning and wait at CHS until 11:25 AM for PM BOCES departure.

    • Drive themselves to BOCES if they have prior permission. 

• Meals: Both breakfast and lunch will be provided at CHS during Regents Week.

Attached to this message, you will find the exam schedule and a weather contingency plan outlining procedures in case of inclement weather. Please review this document carefully to stay informed about any changes that may occur.
