The club, led by advisor Michelle Mellon, has worked with our athletic programs to organize two upcoming dedication events:
On Wednesday, September 24th, the girls' varsity tennis team hosts Oneida for a 3:30 PM start. The club ambassadors will read a short message before the game, and will have a table handing out pamphlets, bracelets, and stickers.
On Thursday, October 2nd, the boys' varsity soccer team will host Holland Patent, and the club will be on hand again with their info table, fundraiser raffles, a photo opportunity, and a visit from the Mr. Squeeze lemonade stand!

The CHS Cross Country Class of 2026 will celebrate Senior Day this afternoon at the Osceola Ski and Sport Resort! As long as everything goes smoothly with logistics, we hope to start today's ceremony around 4 PM, with varsity and modified races to follow against Utica Proctor, Utica Notre Dame, and Holland Patent!

Congratulations to CHS senior Larry Fiume on his selection to the 2025 NYSSMA All-State Symphonic Band! He will represent Camden at the upcoming NYSSMA All-State Festival and Winter Conference located in Rochester, and will also have the privilege of performing at the beautiful Eastman Theatre!

Yesterday, the Camden girls' tennis program paid tribute to its Class of 2026 with the annual senior day observance! The Blue Devils recognized seniors Abigail Arnold, Alexis Albrecht, Mina Jones, and Autumn Porter for their years of dedication to the program before their home match against Holland Patent. The squad celebrated in style with a second clean sweep of the Golden Knights in as many days, which improves their TVL Pioneer Division record to 3-1. Way to go!

At its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 9th, the Camden CSD Board of Education welcomed its new student representative for the 2025-26 school year. Senior Isabella Keller took her new seat at the end of the Board table, where she will advise the board on student-related matters and offer updates directly from student leadership over the course of the year.
In her absence, the selected alternate, senior Ella Winters, will have the opportunity to serve in the same role.
This position is an ex-officio (non-voting) advisory role created from a new directive for all school districts and BOCES statewide to add a student board position. This is a welcome opportunity to help students immerse themselves in public service, and learn firsthand about what holding public office can entail on a local level.
Welcome, Isabella!

A new crew has taped its first edition of the WCHS News Morning Announcements for the 2025-26 school year! Just one student returns from last year's senior-laden group, so they're working hard to get up to speed. We're looking forward to seeing how this group comes together over the course of the year in-studio, and what new ideas they'll bring to the table.
Want to see the students in action? The shows are uploaded each day to this link!
