The Camden Central School District maintains a commitment to provide education programs, services, and a learning environment free from hostility and discrimination. This includes, but not limited to nonacademic and extracurricular activities, services such as transportation, counseling, clubs, physical education and athletics. Any student, parent or employee who feels that they have been a victim as outlined in Board Policy #0010, is free to file a complaint with the District’s Compliance Coordinator, the Assistant Superintendent for Instruction. The Compliance Coordinator will conduct an investigation; making recommendations for acceptable solutions to the complaint, as necessary. The standard of conduct expected of every District Officer and employee is that they will not engage in any conduct that calls into question the integrity of the management or operation of the District. The specific examples of conduct that violates this Code of Ethics are set forth in this Policy. FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE

The Camden Central School District permits an employee to be absent from their duties for the reasons stated in the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), as amended. Employees who have questions or concerns, should refer to Board Policy #8000 to review all details, requirements, and expectations or contact the Assistant Superintendent for Instruction.
