Before You Submit a Support Ticket.....

Sometimes, the root cause of a technology issue can be very simple. To help save time and resources, the following troubleshooting steps are recommended.

  1. Restart your device:

    Often, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. 

  2. Check for updates:

    Ensure your operating system, applications, and drivers are updated to the latest versions. If there are updates, usually the device will need to reboot after updates are completed.

  3. Verify connections:

    Check that cables are securely plugged in and your internet connection is stable. 

  4. Isolate the issue:

    If the above still does not solve the problem, try to reproduce the problem using a similar device or application (i.e. laptop/desktop, Google/Edge) to narrow down the potential cause.
