Three members of the Camden Central School District girls wrestling program will take on the best competition the state has to offer on Friday, January 26th as they compete at the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Girls' Wrestling Invitational hosted by Onondaga Community College.
Eighth grader Rylie Meagher makes her second appearance at the invitational, and will compete in the 100 lb. bracket. sophomore Peyton Kelley will take to the mat in the 94 lb. division, and eighth grader Abigail Hebble will look to make her presence known in the 165 lb. bracket.
The tournament will feature 208 wrestlers in 13 classes. This will be the final Invitational event before it transitions to State Championship status in 2025.
Opening Ceremonies will start at 12:45 at SRC Arena, with the round of 16 set to ring the bell at 1:00 PM.
