Isaac Lynch

Congratulations are in order for senior Isaac Lynch from the Camden High School boys’ varsity basketball team. On Wednesday, December 11th, Lynch had a record-breaking performance in a 70-61 loss at New Hartford.

Lynch scored an impressive 39 points to set a new program mark for points in a game. He accomplished the feat due in large part to fourteen two point field goals, and the accompanying contact in the interior game afforded him the opportunity to knock down 11 attempts at the foul line.

The previous record of 35 points was set during the 1993-94 season by Alex Stevens.

In addition, he secured his third double-double stat line in as many games this season with 18 rebounds.

In his first three games of the season, Lynch is averaging 28.3 points and 12.6 rebounds, and has yet to be held under 20 points over that span. The senior has not been held out of double figures in scoring for fifteen consecutive games, a streak dating back to a December 28th, 2023 game against Adirondack.
