The Camden Central School District is seeking qualified and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Transportation Director. The successful candidate would assume the role effective on July 1st, 2025.

This position is responsible for the total operation of the District’s transportation fleet, and management of our transportation team. Leadership skills and a consistent commitment to safety are a must.

Minimum Requirements include:

  • A CDL Class B License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement, or be in the process of obtaining one.

  • A proven record of scheduling routes and effective problem-solving.

  • Two years of experience in route scheduling and employee supervision. 

  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications that the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.


Salary for this twelve month, full-time position is between $60,000 and $90,000, and will be determined based on experience.
