The McConnellsville PTO is pleased to announce that it will continue to provide school supplies to all McVille students for a third straight school year! This is made possible through diligent fundraising efforts and the generosity of the community. Some classroom teachers may request additional items. We will add lists for specific classrooms as they are furnished to us throughout the summer.
McConnellsville's PTO continuing the practice ensures that opportunity will be afforded to ALL elementary students enrolled in the Camden Central School District for the upcoming 2025-26 school year!
Back in May, the Camden Elementary School PTO announced they would be providing school supplies as well - a full list of teacher requested items from CES has also been published at CamdenSchools.org for your perusal!
We thank both groups for their continued support of our students, staff, and families!

We are into the second week of the 2025 Summer Food Service Program! The Summer Food Service Program operates under the supervision of the US Department of Agriculture. It allows anyone 18 years of age and under to receive a free breakfast and lunch daily during the period the program operates. The program will operate at Camden Elementary School from Monday, July 7th to Friday, August 22nd. It will run on a Monday to Friday schedule, with food pick-up available at any point from 8:30 AM to noon daily. There are no eligibility requirements other than a child’s age. The child does not need to be enrolled in the district, nor are there any income requirements. This year, the District has received approval to operate Camden Elementary School as a “Non-Congregate Feeding Site”, which means that meals will be offered exclusively in a Grab-and-Go format. Each participating child will receive a single bag containing one cold breakfast and one cold lunch daily. You will not be allowed to receive multiple days’ worth of meals in a single day. Anyone 18 or under can pick up a daily breakfast and lunch at any point during the distribution time at Camden Elementary School. Parents/guardians may also pick up meals for their children by providing their names.

If you're looking to get a jump start on prep for the upcoming year, supply lists from CES and CMS have been posted here!: https://www.camdenschools.org/page/school-supply-lists
