Don't forget.... We are back at it again tomorrow for the start of our first full week together this school year!
Mr. Klepadlo's business classes at CHS are looking forward to a great year!
An impromptu first day photo shoot? These CHS students jumped at the chance!
Having the first day of school and a birthday at the same time has to be a pretty amazing feeling! Happy belated birthday!
Every journey of 180 days with us, begins with a single step. Let's see what our students can accomplish next week!
Did the dog get involved in Mrs. Heath's first day of school photo session? Yes.
Was it so awesome that we made a special post for it today? Also yes.
CHS Theatre classes celebrated their first day with a group picture!
Camden Varsity Football hosts its 2023 home opener tonight! Join us at the Camden High School Stadium as the Blue Devils battle Section III Class B foe Westhill under the lights. Kickoff is slated for 6:30 PM. We will be honoring our 2003 Section III Championship team tonight, 20 years after they brought one home from the Dome!
If you can't make it, you can stream the game online free of charge. The Athletic Department has created a quick start guide to get you up and running with our new streaming partner, HUDL TV!

In-person attendance is also free of charge, but there are a few important reminders from Athletic Director Josh Mazzaferro we'd like to pass along:
1. All elementary and middle school students need to be accompanied by an adult. If they are not accompanied by an adult, they will not be allowed to enter the facility.
2. Playing catch or games of any kind will not be allowed.
3. Students should not be wandering around and should be cheering for our Blue Devils!
Contact the athletic office if you have any questions regarding these policies, or anything else to do with tonight's game. Let's go get a win tonight!
We hope your second day has been as good as the first!
Starting off the afternoon with a little story time at McConnellsville....

Site Coordinator Cole wants you to know that Connected Community Schools is hosting Open Hub Hours at CHS on Monday! All CCSD families are welcome! See the included flyer for more details, and reach out to Cole if you have questions.
The email inbox is still brimming with first day pictures this morning! We were in awe of how many we had yesterday, and they've kept on coming! We'll have even more this weekend.
Let's start our second day of school by looking back at the start of the first! Let's have a great second day. Thanks to our families for sending these pictures!
The Drawing for Design and Production class at CHS wasted no time getting started on the first day! Students were working on the "Paper Tower Challenge!". They had to build a free-standing tower using just paper and tape.
Corbin Marsh and Brayden Seymour built the best tower out of all DDP classes at 73.5 inches tall. They made this using only three sheets of paper and 24 inches of tape! WOW!
A few more of our excited first day faces!
One day down...... (approximately) 179 to go! Every day is a new opportunity to go after your dreams, and tomorrow will be no different!
Somewhere amidst our call for first day pictures, we got this very cool gem. CCSD parent Rebecca Agan submitted this picture of CHS senior Isabella Agan to start off her senior year. This picture is from her first day of school at North Bay Elementary.... way back when!
We're very proud of how much today's seniors have grown since then, and how they will continue to grow in the coming weeks and months. Congratulations on your last first day as a Camden student!
Having this many first day of school pictures to go through is a great problem to have. We can't thank our families enough for these.
We have PLENTY more on the way!
