Thanks to everyone who came out to support the Camden Boys' Soccer program yesterday as they hosted a semi-professional match between Syracuse FC and Binghamton FC!
We remind you that this is happening on Sunday! Come support the CHS Boys Soccer program here at the CHS Stadium!
Last weekend, the Camden High School Odyssey of the Mind teams attended the New York State Championships in Syracuse! The CHS program was fortunate enough to send two squads to states in this global problem-solving competition.
The team participating in the "Pirates and the Treasure" problem placed fifth with a hilarious sketch about "porch pirates", while the team contesting "The Most Dramatic Problem Ever!" placed tenth in New York State!
We'll have a full story on how the teams developed their work soon.
Congratulations!
Well done!

Congratulations to Mr. Klepadlo's accounting class on a job well-done! The students split into two teams to complete their annual "Apprentice Challenge" service learning project. The two teams competed to raise the most money by developing and executing a marketing plan for baked goods they sold during the school day. Team "Whoopie Bakers" raised $1,517.64 for the Ciani family, while the "Blue Devils Cafe" team raised $1,963.05 for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. They achieved a combined total of $3,480.69 in funds raised!

Yesterday, Camden Middle School hosted all kinds of celebrities, dignitaries, inventors, authors, and athletes.... Well, sort of! Sixth grade students took a biography project to the next level by hosting a living wax museum. Each student had the chance to portray a notable person from the past or present, and offer information to others in attendance about their chosen individual!
There were Blue Devils everywhere you looked at last night's MOBOCES Annual Meeting!
Superintendent of Schools Dr. Ravo Root was joined by Assistant Superintendents Karl Keil and Jason Evangelist. Board of Education members Tom Fanning and Misty Portner also attended.
Highlighting the evening for Camden was a brief SkillsUSA presentation by our own Gianni Liberatore, and an incredible student-prepared dinner that featured the handiwork of several Camden students from the Culinary Arts and Advanced Culinary Experience programs!
It was an honor and a privilege to be part of this occasion as we celebrated educational achievements from across the #MOBOCES region!
Don't forget about the upcoming April meeting for "Look at Me, I'm Three!"
