Drama students at Camden High School performed monologues they prepared for class to small audiences of their fellow students last week! Monologue performance gives students an opportunity to polish their presentation skills, move further out of their comfort zones, and gain a new perspective on a major aspect of the theatrical arts. For some students, this opportunity also marked the first time they've performed a dramatic or comedic work on stage.
Members of the Camden High School Select Choir participated in the Camden Holiday Stroll on Friday Night! They went caroling at participating businesses.

The High School Counseling Office recently took a group of interested students on a field trip to MVCC's fall open house event on the Utica campus. Students took a tour of the campus and residence halls, attended presentations on admissions, financial aid, and housing, met with professors from the majors they were interested in, spoke with representatives of clubs, activities, and admissions, and were treated to a pizza lunch by the dining services on campus. This was a wonderful opportunity for our students to see the campus, experience a college open house, and make connections with the MVCC faculty. A special thank you to Kenny Morrison, Asst. Director of Admissions, for facilitating our visit.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
Congratulations to CHS Student Musicians Isabella Wing, Calli Evans, and Connor Perrotta who represented Camden at Area All State this past weekend in Little Falls!

A local radio station is still listing local schools that closed last Thursday due to poor weather. Please know this does not mean these schools are closed tomorrow. The District is watching the weather closely and will make the call first thing in the morning. In order to find out if Camden Schools are closed or have a 2 hour delay please check the District Website, Camden App or Parent Square.
