Well done, CHS Drama Club!

Today's the day! One win away from the State Final Four! Let's go Blue Devils!

Third graders at Camden Elementary were able to participate in a hands on and interactive presentation lead by workers from The Adirondack Experience in Blue Mountain Lake. Students were able to investigate animal pelts and skulls to see if they could figure out adaptations that certain animals use to survive. They had a lot of fun, while also learning a lot!

McVille Families! Your student's missing item just might be in the lost and found right now! Contact Mrs. Williamson at the front desk if you're missing something.

Tonight's performance promises to be a... "Wicked" good time.

Today is the day of our first performance! Two days only! Free admission!

We're doing it again! Come wave the team off on Sunday ahead of their state regional game!

A great time was had by all during McConnellsville's Halloween Parade on Tuesday! We were thrilled to have another outstanding turnout in support of our students!

That is one awesome box of crayons!

This just in!

Stephanie Heath is your point of contact if you have questions.

Students in Mrs. Malenowski's 2nd grade Reading Group at McVille recently tackled a STEM challenge! They put their engineer hats on to design and build rafts to see how many pennies could be supported by their creation!

5th and 7th graders have been learning how to use Sphero robots in the CMS Library! Spheros are programmable robots that help kids learn fundamental STEM concepts through play-based learning and educational STEAM activities. Once students learn to drive them remotely, they move on to coding and completing challenges. In these pictures, the students are using the math concepts of speed, time and angles to determine how to get the spheros to go over a hurdle (the ramp), go straight and then make a 90 degree turn to make it to the end of the track.

Tomorrow, we're off to see the wizard! Follow the yellow brick road to Friday's 7 PM performance of "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" at CHS!

Attention Blue Devils! You are invited to join us on the evening of Wednesday, November 8th as we celebrate a huge milestone in the storied career of CHS softball star Brooke Musch!
Brooke will sign her National Letter of Intent to compete for Division I UMass-Amherst in the CHS Main Gym in a special ceremony that begins at 5 pm!

To borrow from another famous work of theatre, it's only a day away!
Tomorrow, the curtain goes up on the first of three performances! We hope to see you at CHS!

Between the annual parade and their in-class celebrations, our CES students had a great time celebrating on Tuesday!

October 23-31 was Red Ribbon Week across the United States! This year, CMS students learned how to "be kind to your mind" and live drug free. During their lunch period, students signed a banner, pledging to make healthy choices and live drug free. They also participated in spirit week, competed in a call in type trivia game each day, and learned about the harmful effects of drugs. Thanks to the CMS Student Council for taking the lead on this initiative!

Whether it was Barbie, 101 Dalmatians, or a patch of pumpkins, our CES staff was all in for some Halloween fun!

The countdown goes to two days!

McVille families! It's that time again! The 3rd grade IFA reading group is hosting their "Pennies for Puppies and Coins for Kitties" fundraiser! All you have to do is send your spare change in with your student, and Mrs. Malenowski and her students will take care of getting the funds in the right hands. Proceeds will benefit the Paws for the Cause Rescue in Blossvale to help animals right in our backyard!
Mrs. Malenowski is your best person to contact with questions about this initiative.
