We were honored to once again send a group of students to compete at the 2023 Central Region Spring Games with Special Olympics New York! Our students represented Camden with pride throughout the day-long event while competing against almost 300 other students from schools around the region.
Special thanks to Madison-Oneida BOCES and Special Olympics New York for putting on a terrific program, and to the Canastota Central School District for being a tremendous and gracious host to our students and staff!

Yesterday, the Camden softball program recognized its six seniors ahead of their win over Utica Proctor. Seniors Kaitlyn Findlay, Ryleigh Johnson, Katie McCarthy, Payton Narolis, Erica Zike, and Katie Hite have taken a strong leadership role for the undefeated Blue Devils this season.
It's also a great time to tell you that the Blue Devils are seventh in today's New York State Sportswriters' Association Class B State Rankings!
Our budget hearing for the 2023-24 proposed budget will be held this evening at 7 PM. The hearing will be located in the CHS Library Media Center.

The Camden High School Choir, under director Amanda Hughes, continues to get opportunities at large venues! On Friday, the group performed the national anthem at NBT Bank Stadium in Syracuse before the Syracuse Mets took on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs!

McConnellsville Pre-K students got to put their green thumbs to the test as Mrs. Zoldi and Mrs. Migliori took their students on a trip to Jake's Greenhouse in Canastota! The classes spent time learning about the life cycle of plants, and planted their very own flowers in a pot they decorated themselves. The trip concluded with a very popular treat: Ice Cream!
Track and Field is a unique sport because you can share a laugh with your competitors before or during competition. While we don't know what was funny, the reaction here is awesome.
