ATTENTION ALL BASKETBALL ALUMNI!!!
The Camden Basketball Boosters have an exciting opportunity for all that have played on the court in the Camden High School gymnasium! As many of you may know, the basketball floor is being replaced. They will be selling the old floor in 16"x16" pieces for $20 each. If you are interested in purchasing a piece of the outgoing floor please send a message to the Camden Basketball Boosters Facebook page to reserve your piece! Please provide your last name to them, and the years you played varsity basketball. Time is limited for them to get pieces of the floor for this project so they need info by Friday July 12, 2024. The Boosters will provide more details (payment, delivery, etc), in the near future.
It may be July, but we still have a student-athlete competing for Camden! Garrett Wines '24 of the Camden High School Clay Target Team is out in Mason, Michigan to compete at the USA High School Clay Target League National Championships!

Fire Inspection Notice
“Notice is hereby given that the annual inspection for 2024 of the Camden Central School District school buildings for fire hazards which might endanger the lives of students, teachers, employees therein, has been completed and the report thereof is available at the office of Camden Central School District at 51 Third Street, Camden, NY 13316 for inspection by all interested persons.”

The program operates with the support of the USDA and allows anyone 18 years of age or under to receive a free breakfast and lunch on each day the program operates. For 2024, walk-in service will be provided at Camden Elementary School. The program runs on a Monday through Friday schedule beginning on Monday, July 8th, and it will run until Friday, August 16th. Meal times are 7:45 AM to 9:15 AM for breakfast, and 11:15 AM to 12:30 PM for lunch.
As we get the Summer going, we're also excited about the fun of the upcoming school year, such as PepFest.
Alongside these photos, it's a good time to tell you to mark your calendars for Homecoming 2024. This year, most of the Homecoming festivities are set to take place on Saturday, October 5th.

For 2024, walk-in service will be provided at Camden Elementary School.
The program runs on a Monday through Friday schedule beginning on Monday, July 8th, and it will run until Friday, August 16th.
Meal times are 7:45 AM to 9:15 AM for breakfast, and 11:15 AM to 12:30 PM for lunch.
Here's the scoop..... CMS 5th and 6th graders were able to beat the heat with a year-end ice cream social courtesy of our local Stewart's Shops locations! There was more than enough to go around, so some of the district office folks came to enjoy as well!
As a general rule, any day is a better day when one of Ms. Marshman's dogs visits the office.

Camping is a favorite summer activity in our area, so it was only fitting that Mrs. Holmes and Mrs. Fairbrother’s classes came together for an educational end-of-year “Camping” adventure!
The class transformed desks into tents by using binders and plastic tablecloths to create “Camp Read A Lot” The students brought pillows, blankets, stuffed animals and flashlights for their individual tents.
Throughout the day, they rotated around to different centers where each center had a camping theme. For example, there was a money center where they had to match the cost of camping items with the correct coins. They did a graphing activity with camping items, created a map of a campground, wrote about a camping trip they have taken or would like to take, and read in tents with their flashlights. At the end of the day, the classes got together for a campfire sing-a-long.
